My Trucks ("the app") is a vehicle and machinery maintenance tracker. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.
If you create an account (email/password or Google Sign-In), we store the account identifier and email address via Firebase Authentication. All vehicle data you enter — vehicle details, service records, fuel logs, reminders, documents/photos you attach, and compliance dates — is stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore, associated only with your account.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your vehicle or maintenance data with third parties for advertising. We do not track your location.
Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure (Google Cloud), encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Firestore security rules restrict every user's data to that user's own account only — no other user, including other My Trucks users, can read or write it.
If you use the app without an account, data is stored only on your device and never leaves it.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and subscription status is managed via RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card details — Apple and Google handle billing directly. RevenueCat may process a device/account identifier and purchase status to keep your subscription active across devices.
Maintenance reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No reminder content is sent to any server to generate notifications.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us at the email below.
