The service

My Trucks lets you track vehicles and machinery: services, fuel, documents, and maintenance reminders. It is provided "as is". Maintenance and compliance reminders (including MOT / road tax estimates for Cyprus) are a convenience, not a legal or safety guarantee — you remain responsible for your vehicles' legal compliance and mechanical condition.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

Subscriptions — Free and Pro

My Trucks offers a free tier (up to 2 vehicles, core features) and a Pro subscription (unlimited vehicles, full analytics export, backup/restore, custom notification schedules) billed annually.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Promotional codes

From time to time we may issue discount or free-access promotional codes at our discretion. Codes have no cash value and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of liability

My Trucks is a personal productivity tool. We are not liable for missed maintenance, traffic fines, vehicle damage, or losses arising from reliance on the app's reminders or estimates.
