Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your My Trucks account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

  1. Open My Trucks and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. If prompted, re-enter your password to verify it's you.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By email (if you can't access the app)

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We process these requests within 30 days.
